Sandeep Shivhare  is a passionate trainer. He has more than 13 years of hands- on training experience, while working with companies like Punj Lloyd , IL&FS , etc. Till date, he has trained more than 1400 welders who are now employed with large industries in India & abroad. He firmly believes that “Practice makes a man perfect “and therefore, a good welder can be developed only when in addition to theory, he practices welding religiously. He is at ease teaching theory & also conducting practical sessions for budding welders.
